How it works
Horses teaching humans about leadership
Horses offer a unique opportunity to explore Leadership, Communication and Team working. They reflect individual human behaviour, responding and sometimes reacting, masterfully, with no hidden agenda. Horses will always reflect and tell the truth.
Natural Horsemanship is an excellent way of building and developing partnerships to shape a relationship and the learning gained in a safe environment with a horse is often useful in other areas of life!
Individuals and small groups work together alongside a highly experienced leadership coaching team. The team produces events that challenge the status quo, build strong team bonds, confidence, trust and push the boundaries of imagination to find solutions.
